In the Comments here, we’ve got an update regarding the NPC Hearings in Cebu.
And … an interest in pursuing the “crowdsourcing” idea I put forward earlier. I’m giving it some thought. More to come. We’ll need participation, including people to provide updates to the provincial Hearings.
