Blackout on Davao Blackout?

It seems Davao had a blackout yesterday.
Apparently no mention of it in the papers this morning (per the link above, but not surprised about that) and Google finds (at this time) nothing in the news about it either (a bit more surprising).
Let’s see if there’s anything on the Davao Light website. Walay. Of course.
