Includes, for instance, a library of Philippine energy laws and regulations, a collection of publicly available documents and slide decks that I come across, and a bunch of other stuff. The Asian Energy Flickr Group. Join and contribute - or just download away. Mostly photos of generating plants in the Philippines. They are tagged, so you can look at, for example, just photos of Masinloc, or just Hydro plants. Here’s the tag cloud.
