WESM Updates for 10-2-06

Charts from my Philippine Wholesale Spot Market Price Updates for week period September 25 through October 2. Typhoon Milenyo hit during the middle of the week and the last four days reported were “administered prices.”
But the weekly average price is still running around $115/MWh.
