		<description>That&#039;s an excellent point, Alfie.  I&#039;ve heard comments in the industry regarding the credibility (or reliability) of Napocor&#039;s historical annual load data, for example. 

But the more data you put out there, the more difficult it becomes to dissemble - since discrepancies start to show up when relating one piece of data to another. 

Sunlight, as they say, is the best disinfectant.</description>
