Meralco has been taking a beating in the blogosphere over the past few days; but they are making an effort on their website.
There’s still no recognition on their homepage of the calamity, but under News & Updates they are posting updates about twice a day. It’s a start.
Still no way for people to provide on-line feedaback. No community. No platform for sharing of experiences. But there is some effort at getting information out.
It’s tough for a big corporation to move in this manner on the web. That’s a hurdle they need to address, though.
