WikiCities has been resurrected as Wikia and eBay’s Vice President and GM of International is now the CEO. Wikia is a sister site of Wikipedia.
I have a proposal for a [now] Wikia site submitted over a year ago. But, alas, I haven’t done anything with it yet. I’m still contemplating it, if only to store my own Philippine utility reference material in it.
