Here’s a fairly recent presentation by Cyril del Callar of Napocor entitled The National Power Corporation in a Competitive Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (PowerPoint file).  I thought the slides on Customer Choice were interesting.

I can’t get the MW capacity from my tables to match very closely with those in the presentation for Luzon and Visayas.  It would be useful if Napocor published a public table we could all take a look at.
