It’s my understanding that both Ranhill of Malaysia and the ADB have confirmed they plan to buy separate equity stakes in Masinloc from the YNN Consortium while declining to publicly say how much, although ADB said their stake will be not more than 10%. They are looking to conclude the deal by June, apparently.
YNN Consortium still has not brought in an Australian operator yet, as some have anticipated.
