CalEnergy is scheduled to turn over the 125 MW Upper Mahiao geothermal facilty in Leyte in June of this year to PNOC-EDC upon the expiration of its 10-year BOT Agreement. CalEnergy is a unit of MidAmerican Energy Holdings.
In 2009, the 50 MW Mindanao II geothrmal power plant, built and operated by Marubini is scheduled to be turned over at the conclusion of their BOT. This will, I belive, be the last existing BOT of PNOC-EDC.
