WESM Briefing

WESM, the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market operator, is giving a briefing tomorrow from 1 pm to 4 pm on its commercial readiness.

I won’t make it - so whatever updates you see will be second-hand. It would be nice if I could point point to some first-hand accounts. Fat chance - I may be the only one blogging the sector right now. We need to get that changed.
