Wow. What a great trip to Manila I’ve had this week. I’ve been able to catch up with a lot of previous colleagues (there are still a lot more to catch up with). But the reception this week has been particularly gratifying.

Lots of opportunities breaking here. Clearly, everybody in the sector has been really active since I left in 2001. Glad I’ve made the move back at this particular time.

So much has been accomplished in four days that I’m returning early - tomorrow - to Davao to see the kids and prepare for returning to Manila probably in a week or so.

Now if I can just find an acceptable apartment in Manila, I’ll be OK.
